It was in a peaceful location with Heart of Love River nearby. The area was pretty nice, a comfortable place for me.

Comfortable beds, climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room. Location - quiet next to a shopping mall as well as the Japanese restaurant. Also, near the river.

The room was exceptional and beautiful with a hairdryer, a bidet and bathrobes in the private bathroom. The meals in the restaurant were appetising. Location: the hotel was near to the restaurant, and a shopping mall that has a good foodcourt at basement. And it's not too far away from Yi Lang Creative Sushi, ate there once or twice.

The amenities were amazing, truly 5-star quality! The hotel also kindly upgraded our room when they found out it was our wedding night. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The staff were accommodating and professional, making our stay enjoyable. The executive lounge was well stocked and accessible throughout the day. The room had a nice view overlooking the city and the size was spacious. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby malls.

One disappointing aspect was the lack of cleanliness in the room. We found clumps of hair and used contacts on the carpet, which was quite off-putting.

The location was good, so close to the Kaohsiung Arena, the Japanese restaurant, and MTR station. It also was near the river. The room with a great view.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that cater to every need. The service is impeccable, from the friendly staff who greet you at the door to the attentive waiters at the on-site restaurant. The Spa and wellness center offers a variety of treatments to choose from and the indoor swimming pool is perfect for some rest and relaxation. The sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room are all top-notch, providing the ultimate spa experience. The sun loungers by the heated swimming pool make for a great afternoon of soaking up the sun.

The only minor issue is that some of the private facilities could use some updating, but this is a minor point in the grand scheme of things. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and made my stay comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from.

While there were many positive aspects, there were a few downsides as well. the room view was not ideal as it faced a building undergoing renovation, lacking a beautiful view.
